The Preston Indians softball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Snake River Panthers to 5 in the Indians non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Preston improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Indians host Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID) to clash with the Riverhawks in a non-league game on Thursday, April 20. The Riverhawks come into the game with a record of 7-9.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Marsh Valley Eagles (Arimo, ID) in a 3A South East Idaho game, on Friday, April 21. Snake River will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 19-6 non-league loss to Kimberly (Kimberly, ID).
