The Kearny Kardinals baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Harrison Blue Tide to 3 in the Kardinals non-league victory on Friday.
The Kardinals (8-2) will now prepare for their match against Belleville (Belleville, NJ). The Buccaneers go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Belleville was overwhelmed by Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Blue Tide (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Rutherford (Rutherford, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the NJIC - National match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Rutherford was overwhelmed by Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ), 3-1, in a non-league match.
