The Moberly Spartans crushed the host Northeast Bearcats baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mexico for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 20. Moberly will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Kirksville (Kirksville, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-7.
Next, the Bearcats face the Slater Wildcats (Slater, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 22. Northeast will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 1-10 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Community (Laddonia, MO).
