California High School Volleyball - Oakmont over Western Sierra Collegiate Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves (Rocklin, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Vikings face the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a Foothill Valley contest, on Tuesday, April 23. Oakmont will attempt to better on its 9-12 season record. The Miners go into the contest with a 16-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Placer (Auburn, CA).

With the loss, Western Sierra Collegiate Academy moves to 12-15 on the year. The Wolves travel to Cristo Rey (Sacramento, CA) to face the Saints in a Sacramento Metropolitan contest on Tuesday, April 23. The Saints go into the contest with a record of 4-7. Cristo Rey lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against John Adams Academy (Roseville, CA)
