In Friday's league test, the host Maple Mountain Golden Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Wasatch Wasps.
The Golden Eagles now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Timpview for a test on Wednesday, April 24. Maple Mountain will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 6-6 non-league Timpanogos (Orem, UT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 2-4.
In their next game, the Wasps face the Spanish Fork Dons (Spanish Fork, UT) in a test, on Wednesday, April 24. Wasatch will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Dons come into the test with a 0-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Salem Hills (Salem, UT).
