Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY), 15-5 in a non-league test.

The Gladiators now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Paltz for a Section 9 C Division III test on Monday, April 22. Goshen Central will face a Huguenots squad coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY). The Huguenots record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Wizards face the Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks (Newburgh, NY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 23. Washingtonville will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Goldbacks come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 15-2 non-league loss to Valley Central (Montgomery, NY).
