Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Kettle Falls Bulldogs (Kettle Falls, WA), 23-16 in a non-league challenge.

The Crusaders now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Asotin for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 22. Northwest Christian School will face a Panthers squad coming off a 13-10 non-league win over Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Kettle Falls falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Chewelah (Chewelah, WA) to face the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 22. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
