The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) and the host Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), saw Point Loma's lacrosse team top Canyon Hills by a margin of 20-2.

The Pointers (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mission Bay (San Diego, CA). The Buccaneers enter the Eastern challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Mission Bay was overwhelmed by San Diego (San Diego, CA), 16-2, in a league challenge.

The Rattlers (1-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Classical Academy (Escondido, CA). The Caimans enter the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Classical Academy was overwhelmed by Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA), 7-1, in a league challenge.
