New York High School Lacrosse - Hewlett drops to Island Trees

In Friday's non-league test, the host Island Trees Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-7 victory over the Hewlett Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Locust Valley for a Section 8 C test on Thursday, April 25. Island Trees will face a Falcons squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to North Shore (Glen Head, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 1-9.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Floral Park Memorial Knights (Floral Park, NY) in a Section 8 B - League 3 test, on Wednesday, April 24. Hewlett will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 9-1 record after their 7-6 league win over Bethpage (Bethpage, NY).
