St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH), 16-2 in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kiski School for a non-league test on Sunday, April 21. St. Ignatius will face a Cougars squad coming off a 14-6 non-league win over North Allegheny (Wexford, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Polar Bears face the Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) in a Region 2 test, on Tuesday, April 23. Jackson will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 6-5 record after their 15-9 non-league loss to Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH).
