South Side Cyclones (Rockville Centre, NY) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Somers Tuskers (Lincolndale, NY), 14-9 in a non-league battle.

The Cyclones now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Carey for a Section 8 B - League 2 battle on Monday, April 22. South Side will clash with a Seahawks squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Calhoun (Merrick, NY). The Seahawks record now stands at 6-3.

In their next game, the Tuskers clash with the Pelham Memorial Pelicans (Pelham, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 24. Somers will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Pelicans come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 11-8 non-league loss to Tappan Zee (Orangeburg, NY).
