The Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC) soccer bounced the visiting Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC), 4-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Dixie moves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Hornets travel to High Point Academy (Spartanburg, SC) to battle the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 24. The Grizzlies enter the bout with a record of 2-9.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) in a AAA Region 2 bout, on Monday, April 22. Belton-Honea Path will attempt to move on its 3-11 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 15-2 record after their 6-0 league win over Palmetto (Williamston, SC).
