The New London Bulldogs triumphed over the visiting Amherst Falcons softball squad by a count of 10-5 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Shawano Community Hawks (Shawano, WI) in a Bay challenge, on Tuesday, April 23. New London will attempt to upgrade on its 12-0 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Antigo (Antigo, WI).

The Falcons (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Manawa (Manawa, WI). The Wolves enter the non-league challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Manawa edged Rosholt (Rosholt, WI), 8-4, in a non-league challenge.
