The Euclid Panthers softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Bedford Bearcats to 4 in the Panthers non-league win on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mentor for a Greater Cleveland battle on Monday, April 22. Euclid will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Aurora (Aurora, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, Bedford moves to 2-2 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Lorain (Lorain, OH) to encounter the Titans in a Lake Erie battle on Monday, April 22. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Lorain lost 13-2 in their recent non-league battle against Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH)
