New Jersey High School Softball - Cranford bounces Summit

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Cranford Cougars (Cranford, NJ) and the visiting Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ), observed Cranford's softball team get by Summit by a tally of 11-5.
The Cougars (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Ramsey tipped Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ), 10-9, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers clash with the Bayonne Bees (Bayonne, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 20. Summit will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Bees go into the bout with a 11-0 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ).
