The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Kelley Mariners (Silver Bay, MN) and the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN), observed Kelley's softball team prevail over Duluth East by a tally of 10-0.

The Mariners (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Floodwood (Floodwood, MN). The Polar Bears go into the Polar bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Floodwood knocked off McGregor (McGregor, MN), 28-8, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Greyhounds clash with the North Polars (North St. Paul, MN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 20. Duluth East will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record.
