Monroe Bearcats (Monroe, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks (Marysville, WA), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Bearcats now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they host Everett for a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Monday, April 22. Monroe will face a Seagulls squad coming off a 13-7 league win over Cascade (Everett, WA). The Seagulls record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Marysville-Pilchuck falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Tomahawks travel to Cascade (Everett, WA) to face the Bruins in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Monday, April 22. The Bruins enter the challenge with a record of 5-8. Cascade lost 13-7 in their recent league challenge against Everett (Everett, WA)
