In Friday's league outing, the host St. Charles Bulldogs softball team scored a close 10-9 win over the Merrill Vandals.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Breckenridge Huskies (Breckenridge, MI) in a Mid-State outing, on Tuesday, April 23. St. Charles will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Montabella (Blanchard, MI).
