O'Gorman Knights (Sioux Falls, SD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD), 17-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Aberdeen Central for a Class AA challenge on Tuesday, April 23. O'Gorman will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Sturgis Brown falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Scoopers host Riggs (Pierre, SD) to battle the Governors in a Class AA challenge on Tuesday, April 23. The Governors enter the challenge with a record of 2-3.
