The Southern Door Eagles (Brussels, WI) softball nipped the host Two Rivers Purple Raiders (Two Rivers, WI), 6-5 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Gibraltar (Fish Creek, WI). The Vikings go into the bout with a 0-8 record. In their last bout, Gibraltar was edged by Coleman (Coleman, WI), 19-4, in a non-league bout.

The Purple Raiders now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Chilton for a Eastern Wisconsin bout on Monday, April 22.
