The Terre Haute South Vigo Braves softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Vincennes Lincoln Alices to 4 in the Braves non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Terre Haute South Vigo moves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Braves host Southport (Indianapolis, IN) to clash with the Cardinals in a Conference Indiana test on Saturday, April 20. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 3-6. Southport lost 14-2 in their recent non-league test against Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN)

The Alices (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Evansville Mater Dei (Evansville, IN). The Wildcats come into the Southern Indiana test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Evansville Mater Dei was routed by Castle (Newburgh, IN), 13-2, in a league test.
