The Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy Sentinels baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Algonac Muskrats to 2 in the Sentinels non-league win on Saturday.

The Sentinels now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lutheran Northwest for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Lutheran North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 7-1.

With the defeat, Algonac drops to 4-3 on the year. The Muskrats travel to Imlay City (Imlay City, MI) to clash with the Spartans in a Blue Water Area test on Tuesday, April 22. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 0-3. Imlay City lost 5-4 in their recent league test against Almont (Almont, MI)
