The Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN) baseball got by the visiting Floyd Central Highlanders (Floyds Knobs, IN), 7-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Spencer for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. Castle will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Perry Central (Leopold, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Floyd Central drops to 3-6 on the year. The Highlanders host Jennings County (North Vernon, IN) to clash with the Panthers in a Hoosier Hills challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Jennings County won 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Southwestern (Hanover, IN)
