The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Central Regional Golden Eagles (Bayville, NJ) and the visiting Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ), saw Central Regional's baseball team gain a win over Red Bank Regional by a tally of 10-0.

The Golden Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ). The Garnet Gulls go into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Point Pleasant Beach thwarted Central Regional (Bayville, NJ), 5-4, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Red Bank Regional drops to 4-6 on the year. The Bucs host St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ) to clash with the Lancers in a Shore - B North challenge on Monday, April 21. The Lancers go into the challenge with a record of 3-5. St. John-Vianney won 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ)
