In Saturday's non-league bout, the Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan (Chicago, IL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Grayslake Central Rams (Grayslake, IL), by a score of 10-3.
Next up, the Caravan encounter the Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 21. Chicago Mt. Carmel will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Chargers enter the bout with a 9-7 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Crossroads Christian (Big Rock, IL).
The Rams (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Ramblers enter the non-league bout with a 7-9 record. In their last bout, Loyola Academy was overwhelmed by St. Francis (Wheaton, IL), 13-0, in a non-league bout.
