The Standing Bear Grizzlies (Lincoln, NE) baseball the visiting Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE), 6-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Grizzlies now own a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blair for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. Standing Bear will clash with a Bears team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Hastings (Hastings, NE). The Bears record now stands at 4-13.
With the defeat, Columbus drops to 6-11 on the year. The Discoverers travel to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE) to clash with the Antlers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Antlers go into the challenge with a record of 7-11.
