In Saturday's non-league bout, the D.C. Everest Evergreens (Schofield, WI) baseball squad edged the visiting Medford Raiders (Medford, WI), by a tally of 3-2.
Next up, the Evergreens encounter the Wausau East Lumberjacks (Wausau, WI) in a Wisconsin Valley bout, on Tuesday, April 22. D.C. Everest will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Lumberjacks enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 7-1 league loss to Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI).
The Raiders (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Antigo (Antigo, WI). The Red Robins enter the Great Northern bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Antigo edged Lakeland (Minocqua, WI), 15-5, in a league bout.
