The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mishawaka Cavemen (Mishawaka, IN) and the host Edwardsburg Eddies (Edwardsburg, MI), saw Mishawaka's baseball team gain a win over Edwardsburg by a tally of 5-2.

The Cavemen (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Plymouth (Plymouth, IN). The Pilgrims/Rockies enter the Northern Lakes battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Plymouth by Rochester (Rochester, IN), 5-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eddies face the Paw Paw Red Wolves (Paw Paw, MI) in a Wolverine B battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Edwardsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Red Wolves enter the battle with a 9-4 record after their 16-5 non-league win over Parchment (Parchment, MI).
