Williamsburg Wildcats (Williamsburg, OH) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hillsboro Indians (Hillsboro, OH), 18-8 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Williamsburg advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Fayetteville-Perry (Fayetteville, OH) to battle the Rockets in a non-league match on Saturday, April 26. The Rockets come into the match with a record of 2-8.
The Indians now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chillicothe for a Frontier Athletic match on Monday, April 21. Hillsboro will battle a Cavaliers squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to West Jefferson (West Jefferson, OH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-6.
