In Saturday's non-league game, the host West Milford Highlanders baseball team scored a close 9-3 win over the Jefferson Township Falcons.

The Highlanders (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ). The Lancers go into the Big North - Independence game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Lakeland Regional was overwhelmed by NV - Demarest (Demarest, NJ), 6-4, in a non-league game.

Next, the Falcons play the Mount Olive Marauders (Flanders, NJ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 22. Jefferson Township will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record.
