In Saturday's non-league bout, the Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) baseball squad the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), by a tally of 6-1.
Next up, the Gaels encounter the Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD) in a Howard County bout, on Friday, April 25. Mount St. Joseph will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record.
The Knights (11-10) will now prepare for their bout against Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD). The Raiders enter the non-league bout with a 8-3 record. In their last bout, Leonardtown was overwhelmed by Urbana (Ijamsville, MD), 13-7, in a non-league bout.
