In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Plainfield North Tigers baseball team scored a close 7-0 victory over the Naperville North Huskies.
The Tigers (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Panthers enter the Southwest Prairie game with a 15-1 record. In their last game, Oswego held off Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL), 14-12, in a non-league game.
Next, the Huskies face the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a DuPage Valley game, on Monday, April 21. Naperville North will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Redhawks enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL).
