The Wauconda Bulldogs triumphed over the host Wheeling Wildcats baseball squad by a score of 13-5 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) in a Northern Lake County outing, on Tuesday, April 22. Wauconda will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Knights come into the outing with a 2-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL).
The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights come into the Mid-Suburban - East outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Prospect toppled Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 8-6, in a non-league outing.
