The Carlmont Scots edged the host Lynbrook Vikings volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Scots face the Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 19. Carlmont will attempt to advance on its 27-3 season record. The Cowboys go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Hollister (Hollister, CA).
The Vikings (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA). The Bells go into the non-league game with a 22-5 record. In their last game, Bellarmine College Prep nudged St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
