Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Alta Hawks (Sandy, UT), 8-6 in a non-league battle.

With the victory, Lone Peak advances its record to 8-3 on the season. The Knights host Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT) to encounter the Vikings in a 6A Region 3 battle on Tuesday, April 22. The Vikings come into the battle with a record of 3-9. Pleasant Grove lost 11-7 in their recent league battle against Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT)

The Hawks now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brighton for a 5A Region 6 battle on Wednesday, April 23. Alta will encounter a Bengals team coming off a 11-6 league win over Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bengals record now stands at 7-3.
