In Saturday's non-league test, the Carroll Chargers (Fort Wayne, IN) lacrosse team edged the visiting Avon Orioles (Avon, IN), by a count of 7-6.
Next up, the Chargers battle the Noblesville Millers (Noblesville, IN) in a Freelance test, on Saturday, April 19. Carroll will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Millers enter the test with a 5-1 record after their 6-3 non-league win over Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN).
The Orioles (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Bloomington North (Bloomington, IN). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Bloomington North got by Columbus North (Columbus, IN), 16-1, in a non-league test.
