In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Glastonbury Guardians lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 triumph over the Cheshire Rams.
The Guardians (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against East Catholic (Manchester, CT). The Eagles go into the Central Connecticut - Central contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, East Catholic was nipped by La Salle Academy (Providence, RI), 20-4, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Rams meet the Kellenberg Memorial Firebirds (Uniondale, NY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Cheshire will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Firebirds go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to Syosset (Syosset, NY).
