In Saturday's league contest, the host Chesterton Trojans lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-4 triumph over the Valparaiso Vikings.

The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Harrison (West Lafayette, IN). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Harrison was overwhelmed by Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN), 14-3, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Vikings meet the New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) in a contest, on Saturday, April 26. Valparaiso will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 16-5 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN).
