In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Pioneer Pioneers lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 win over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.

The Pioneers (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
