In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Pioneer Pioneers lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 win over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.
The Pioneers (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record.
Next, the Blue Devils meet the Port Huron Red Hawks (Port Huron, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 22. Grosse Pointe South will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Red Hawks enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 15-1 non-league loss to Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI).
