The Lincoln-Way West Warriors lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Normal Community Ironmen to 1 in the Warriors league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Downers Grove South for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 23.
With the loss, Normal Community falls to 2-3 on the year. The Ironmen host Washington (Washington, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a South Suburban challenge on Monday, April 21. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Washington won 16-9 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Rita (Chicago, IL)
