The Rogers Pirates triumphed over the host Athens Bible Trojans softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates meet the Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 19. Rogers will attempt to upgrade on its 16-17 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 12-9 record after their 17-8 non-league win over Athens (Athens, AL).
The Trojans (12-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Lamar County (Vernon, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 17-16 record.
