The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL) and the host Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL), observed Wheaton North's softball team get by Barrington by a tally of 7-6.

The Falcons (11-2) will now prepare for their bout against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Fighting Saints go into the DuKane bout with a 9-7 record. In their last bout, St. Charles East was nipped by Libertyville (Libertyville, IL), 6-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Fillies/Broncos clash with the Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL) in a Mid-Suburban West bout, on Monday, April 21. Barrington will attempt to advance on its 12-2 season record. The Saxons go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 12-10 league win over Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL).
