The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) and the visiting Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY), observed North Laurel's softball team notch a victory over Cooper by a tally of 15-0.

The Jaguars (16-1) will now prepare for their bout against Jackson County (McKee, KY). The Generals go into the District 49 bout with a 8-8 record. In their last bout, Jackson County gained a win over Lee County (Beattyville, KY), 13-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY) in a District 33 bout, on Monday, April 21. Cooper will attempt to advance on its 4-16 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to Bracken County (Brooksville, KY).
