Illinois High School Softball - Crystal Lake Central bounces Woodstock

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Crystal Lake Central Tigers softball team scored a tight 11-5 win over the Woodstock Blue Streaks.
The Tigers (10-2) will now prepare for their match against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL). The Golden Eagles come into the Fox Valley match with a 8-8 record. In their last match, Jacobs was routed by Oswego (Oswego, IL), 16-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Blue Streaks battle the Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) in a Kishwaukee River match, on Tuesday, April 22. Woodstock will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Skyhawks come into the match with a 3-8 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL).
