The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Dulaney Lions (Timonium, MD) and the visiting La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD), observed Dulaney's softball team get by La Plata by a tally of 3-0.

The Lions (11-2) will now prepare for their bout against Mercy (Baltimore, MD). The Magic go into the non-league bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Mercy was routed by Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD), 23-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland bout, on Wednesday, April 23. La Plata will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 12-1 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD).
