Illinois High School Softball - St. Laurence can't get by Riverside-Brookfield

The Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs edged the visiting St. Laurence Vikings softball squad by a count of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 21. Riverside-Brookfield will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 17-0 league win over Streamwood (Streamwood, IL).
The Vikings (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Ramblers enter the GCAC- Red challenge with a 5-9 record.
