With the triumph, Weir upgrades its record to 18-4 on the year. The Red Riders host Madonna (Weirton, WV) to play the Blue Dons in a non-league game on Monday, April 21. The Blue Dons enter the game with a record of 15-1. Madonna won 13-2 in their recent league game against East Liverpool (East Liverpool, OH)

The Quakers now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host West Branch for a Eastern Buckeye game on Tuesday, April 22. Salem will play a Warriors squad coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Poland Seminary (Poland, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 9-3.
