In Saturday's non-league test, the St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) softball squad overwhelmed the host Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT), by a tally of 17-2.
Next, the Cadets clash with the Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) in a Fairfield County test, on Monday, April 21. St. Joseph will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 3-3 record after their 25-3 non-league win over Weston (Weston, CT).
The Titans (1-4) will now prepare for their test against West Haven (West Haven, CT). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, West Haven was routed by North Haven (North Haven, CT), 15-0, in a non-league test.
