The Traverse City West Titans edged the visiting Vicksburg Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 9-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Titans meet the Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI) in a Big North challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Traverse City West will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 17-9 non-league win over Carman-Ainsworth (Flint, MI).
The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Otsego (Otsego, MI). The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Otsego edged Marshall (Marshall, MI), 15-12, in a non-league challenge.
