The Amanda-Clearcreek Aces baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Athens Bulldogs to 1 in the Aces non-league victory on Saturday.
The Aces (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Teays Valley (Ashville, OH). The Vikings go into the Mid-State - Buckeye match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Teays Valley gained a win over Logan Elm (Circleville, OH), 7-0, in a league match.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Vinton County (McArthur, OH). The Vikings go into the Tri-Valley - Ohio match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Vinton County gained a win over Eastern (Reedsville, OH), 9-7, in a non-league match.
